Do anybody have to be home for service arrival? No, no one is required to be home. It gives our cleaning technician more free space to feel comfortable in their cleaning.

How will the cleaner get in my home, if I’m not there? We ask customers to leave key or code so that your technician can enter.

Who will you be sending to clean? We will send an experienced/ background checked technician to come out and service your home.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my time? If customer needs to change arrival time or cancel, we will gladly adjust that change for you. If your cancellation is within 24hrs of appointment you will be charged a 40% cancellation fee.

How often can I get a clean? We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly.

What is the difference between a basic and deep clean? A deep clean involves a more thorough cleaning.

Do you clean around pets? Pets are allowed to stay in the home during the cleaning if you like, but we do ask that you may put them away until the cleaning is done, so they won’t get exposed to any harmful chemicals.

How much do you charge an hour? We don’t charge based off hours, we charge off the work done.

How long will it require for a cleaning to be done? We estimate a standard clean to be about 2-3 hrs depending on the size of the home. Deep cleaning depends on the depth or the level of cleaning as needed.

What type of chemicals do you use? We use good quality industrial products, as well as green products.

Do you do walk through or quotes over the phone? We offer both.

Do you do laundry? Yes we do for an uncharge fee.

Do you clean on Sunday’s? We don’t clean on that day of the week but we will make an exception depending on your situation.
